What is the cost of shipping like?

 

Within Australia

 

All orders over AUD 100 is eligible for free shipping (2-5 business days).

 

Standard shipping fee for orders below AUD 100 is AUD 7 (2-5 business days) and AUD 9 for Express Shipping (1-2 business days).  

 

International

 

We charge AUD 30 flat fee on internal orders below AUD 250. If you spend over AUD 250, you are eligible for free international express shipping . We use DHL Express for all international orders, therefore the cost of the shipping also reflects the speed and security in delivery method.

 

How long does the delivery take?

 

For Australia

 

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Express Shipping. : 1-2 business days

 

International

 

All international orders will be sent via DHL Express. This will take 2-10 business days depending on where you are in the world from the day of dispatch. Once the parcel landed in your country, you will be notified by DHL via email or SMS for your delivery options.

  

How do I lodge a return?

 

Get in touch at hello@krincollective.com. Provide us the details and the order number. We will assist you with the instruction how you can ship the items back. We usually get back within 24 hours to make it as easy as possible for you.  

 

Do I need to pay for return postage?

 

Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage. We do not cover the return postage fee. We also highly recommend using traceable delivery service to ensure your parcel is safe and secured.

 

What packaging do you use for your products?

 

Everything plastic free! We use garment bags made from corn starch and composable mail bags which mean you can throw them in your garden or your composable bin. Voila, No waste!

 

Are all of your products eco-friendly?

 

We want to create beautiful products with only eco conscious materials therefore, we only make products from materials that are kind to our mother earth.

 

Our current recycled range (bras and leggings) are made from recycled plastic bottles from landfill and the ocean. We also use GOTs certified materials for tops and tanks which mean the fibre was grown organically without pesticide and was dyed without harmful chemical. 

 

We also only make limited amount of each style and colour at a time. We try to minimise waste as much as possible and embrace the beauty of small production.
